1957: Milovan Djilas' book "The New Class", published by Frederick A. Praeger, can be read in its entirety at the link provided for the Internet Archive. 1961-1964: ZRBLESS is identified as a subproject of WUBONBON. A summary of the QKOPERA/LIAISON/ZRBLESS file between 1961-1964 reveals that the company concerned is Praeger Publishing. A memo by Gunnar W. Beckman dated 8/21/61 deals with the publication and royalty problems of Milovan Djilas. "Further, the staff notes mention a project involving 'Praeger and publication' (sic), a separate project involving 'the Freedom Fund and distribution' (sic), and a third project to provide news service to the foreign press through Continental Press. Each of these projects appears to have been in operation between 1963-64."

1963-1964: pp. 32-34 of this file indicate a close relationship between WUBONBON and WUPUNDIT. The ops included in WUPUNDIT were Praeger, Freedom Fund (conduit), Seaman's Service Institute, A Praeger Spanish Affiliate, and Continental Press. From 1963-63 a book procurement project channeled funds to Praeger through the Freedom Fund.

In May 64, Hunt helped Buckley write a review of David Wise's book on the CIA, The Invisible Government. In passing, Buckley mentions that he was a staff agent for Hunt in Mexico City between 1950-51.
