July 5, 1960: (p. 166) Brought to US 4/20/59 on HBRAINBOW flight for training prior to REDSOX operation for black mission into USSR. August 1960: (at p. 157) Considered as suitable for the JMARC Contingency Force. A Russian contract agent from SR/DOB trained for a specific black mission into Russia in 1959. An unwitting subject who needs to be placed in some capacity because so much time, training and money has been invested in him. (p. 158) David Tzitzichvili was born in Tlibisi, Georgia on 7/19/18. Grew up in France, but is stateless. Entered French Foreign Legion. Went to Germany as voluntary worker, helped French POWs escape by "aiding them with cleverly falsified papers, stamps, cachets and even uniforms." In 1950 he was caught robbing a Paris bank and did five years. While in prison he invented a machine for making cardboard boxes. After prison, came to US as one of two agents for Project AESENTINEL. Continues to invent technical gimmicks, two have been passed on to TSD. November 1960: The project approval notification of WIROGUE reveals WIROGUE-1 as 201-233477, with the case officer listed as "Denial Dossier". (p. 101): A series of cables and memos present operational information that regards contract agent David Tzitzichvili. The above cited message states "WIROGUE (IDEN) contract agent being groomed deep cover assignment" he is later stated to be suitable for sabotage and surveillance as well. The next document in sequence bears the same date and reveals WIROGUE's identity as "David Tzitzichvili".

1958-1960: The referenced document states that after WIROGUE's parole for bank robbery the CIA contacted him after being another operative spotted him in 1958. Subsequently he is assigned his prior cryptonym "AEASPIC" and Tzitzichvili was additionally considered for Project REDSOX. 104-10182-10069: CIA FILE ON WIROGUE.

1962-1963: A series of cables and memos regarding biographic information and operational roles played by WIROGUE (David Tzitzichvili), some of these actions precede his use in Africa. Went through the HARVARD resettlement program. Officials refer to him in one prior role for SR Divison as a "lower echelon action agent" who relishes "...daring, adventurous acts". 201-233477. Also used the alias "Reiner". See pp. 107-112: Support, resettlement and disposal cases were given the DS prefix - other documents show that Soviet defector Anatoly Golitsyn was given the cryptonym DS-2137. In Dec. 1962, WIROGUE's case officer was known as "DARONNAT".
