A cable describing reported encounters between QJWIN (Jose Marie Andre Mankel) and WIROGUE (David Tzitzichvili) in Africa.

104-10182-10057: U.S. National Archives, CIA message of October 27, 1960

A series of cables and memos presenting operational information that regards contract agent David Tzitzichvili. The above cited message states "WIROGUE (IDEN) contract agent being groomed deep cover assignment" he is later stated to be suitable for sabotage and surveillance as well. 104-10182-10052: U.S. National Archives, CIA message of May 21, 1962

1958-1960: The referenced document states that after WIROGUE's parole for bank robbery the CIA contacted him after being another operative spotted him in 1958. Subsequently he is assigned his prior cryptonym "AEASPIC" and Tzitzichvili was additionally considered for Project REDSOX. 104-10182-10069: CIA FILE ON WIROGUE.

1962-1963: A series of cables and memos regarding biographic information and operational roles played by WIROGUE (David Tzitzichvili), some of these actions precede his use in Africa. Went through the HARVARD resettlement program. Officials refer to him in one prior role for SR Divison as a "lower echelon action agent" who relishes "...daring, adventurous acts". 201-233477. Also used the alias "Reiner". See pp. 107-112: Support, resettlement and disposal cases were given the DS prefix - other documents show that Soviet defector Anatoly Golitsyn was given the cryptonym DS-2137. In Dec. 1962, WIROGUE's case officer was known as "DARONNAT".
