Cryptonym: RNINBEING
A cable on December 18, 1963, stated that RNINBEING appreciated the importance of the split in COB, but insisted on caution. RNINBEING had received information from Rave Londono. The cable also noted that RNINBEING flew to Lima, Peru, on December 17th for a vacation before returning to Mexico around January 4th.
A cable on December 19, 1963, stated that RNINBEING had announced the termination of ORIT (note: Organizacion Regional Inter-Americana de Trabajadores/ Inter-American Regional Organization of Labor) participation in joint program in Panama pending a review of the situation. RNINBEING also planned to suspend CTRP affiliation. RNINBEING wished to avoid or minimize troubles from Santiago O'Donnell, who circularized, apparently to all ORIT executive committee members and I.T.S., his demand for the investigation of the program for which he blamed IUF and RNLEPTOME.
A cable on December 27, 1963, stated that neither ORIT nor RNINBEING were controlled CIA mechanisms since the majority of funds used were non-CIA...if RNINBEING proved adamant not CIA funds would be allocated for his use in Bolivia.
A cable from JMWAVE on September 11, 1965, stated that according to AMICE (FORDC, Frente Obrero Revolucionario Democratico Cubano), Martin Correa had obtained RNBEING's and RNLEPTOME's approval re para 1 above plans. While no commitments of close collaboration or financial support were forthcoming from either, RNLEPTOME was a willing participant in the convention and planned to arrive in Caracas on October 7th.
