Nov. 1958 - Lorie, Pedro Diaz Lanz and Fiorini purchase a C-46 airplane in Fiorini's name. Eleven Cubans, including Gustavo Arcos, and Fiorini are arrested with the C-46 and American-made arms. Jesus Arboleya, Cuban Counterrevolution, p. 65: They split from Artime and formed the so-called MRR de los Comandantes. Artime was on the FRD Executive Board. Artime, Tony Varona, Aurelio Sanchez Arango and Julio Castillo were with the prevailing MRR faction.
