The last two posts document that the ODIBEX assignees are the Army AMDOT team. Also compare 1994.05.03.10:47:24:570005 (page 63) which states "ARMY" with the unredacted version at 104-10177-10158 which states "ODIBEX".

Listing of personnel assigned to ODOATH and ODIBEX. This includes references to Bradley Ayers of ODIBEX (it is a matter of public record that he was with the Army), and his colleague "Major Edward Roderick" who is also listed as ODIBEX and described by Ayers in his books as an Army officer. Both men are described in the documents as "TDY" (temporary duty).

This cable is concerned with morale of Cubans regarding "ODIBEX policies." Fort Knox is a US Army post in Kentucky.

This cable refers to a "Capt Jack Manning OBIDEX." Manning said Sloboda was a member of his MI group at Fort Meade - this is an Army installation in Maryland.

9/25/63 letter about dre contact on 9/12, by Stanley Figolak - says DRE is a MOB-created org acting independently of creator. MOB probably a reference to the CIA's "Maritime Operations Branch". Marginalia about the DRE acting independently of the MOB states "AMEN!" Cain wanted to take photo of Torres and then "get out" - thought Torres had (CIA) training and possibly ODIBEX training.

10/12/63 dispatch from Chief, JMWAVE to Chief, SAS: "...complications arose over AMTRUNK-9's POA...when it was discovered that ODIBEX had laid prior claim to his services...ODIBEX relinquished all claim over AMTRUNK-9 after the Station had granted an interview to an ODIBEX case officer with AMTRUNK-9 in order that A-9 could be debriefed on his knowledge of AMFAUNA-3's activities. At the same time KUBARK/CIA offered to assist ODIBEX by exfiltrating AMFAUNA-3 on the same operation during which AMTRUNK-9 would be infiltrated."
