(Note: The arrest occurred in the context of the ZRCHEST operation.)

This operation was also separate from LICALLA. The two houses in between were rented to unsuspecting tenants.

8/24/77 CIA memo re interview with Charles Siragusa, deputy chief of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics from 1959-1963. Siragusa used the alias "Cal Salerno during this time period. Siragusa said one of the several CIA men he met at this time was Vincent Thill. Thill asked him "to recruit an assassination squad, and Siragusa refused. Siragusa said he had known Thill from the OSS in Europe."
