In 1958, LIELEGANT (201-225439) was a Mexican lawyer and a Presidential adviser. He was close to President Aleman. Two pages further, the report states that his son was LIENVOY-2, who became in charge of the listening post. "Other employees of the listening post were friends of LIELEGANT or his son, LIENVOY-2". Six pages later, it states that LIELEGANT received no salary and that LIENVOY-2 received a monthly stipend "as an ante for maintaining the relationship with LIELEGANT".
