Discussion:
A cable on November 22, 1963, stated that Victor Augusto Navas-King was HYSAGE-2. The cable added that HYSAGE-2 turned his plane ticket over to "Medina" on that day. The ticket was due to expire on December 7, 1963. HYSAGE-2 had decided to remain in U.S. over the Christmas holidays, and wanted to raise his grade at Georgetown University. The cable added that HYSAGE-2 "was much affected" over the death of President Kennedy and "did not want to talk much."
HYSAGE-1 was Thelma King.
