Unknown identity. CYFRAIL-1's damage report was sent by Chief of Station (COS), Vientiane, to Chief, Far East Division.

Discussion:
CYFRAIL-1's 201 number was 201-845063. CYFRAIL-1 and her husband were then living in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The dispatch also stated that "the following were identified to her by (REDACTION) as having worked upcountry in Laos with him...Wilbur Murray, David S. Morales. It should be noted that CYFRAIL/1 was surveilled by a Station surveillance team on several occasions and was reported to have visited IDEN A. This organization's Vientiane office is currently under investigation by this Station." In addition, a memo in November of 1968 stated that David S. Morales was awarded the Order of the King for his work in Laos in October, 1968.

Undated: Dispatch from COS, Vientiane to Chief, Far East Division (Info: Chief, WOBONE): Subject: RYBAT FJDUST - CYFRAIL/1 - Damage Report: "1. Station has been advised by (REDACTION) that (REDACTION) did marry CYFRAIL/1, (201-845063) and they are currently residing in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. (Unintelligible) also advised that (REDACTION) hopes to get employment with the R.C.A. and be assigned to a classified project in the Caribbean area. 2. It is difficult to ascertain how much, if any sensitive information (unintelligible) may have conveyed to CYFRAIL/1. However, it has been determined that during the ten and one-half months (unintelligible) saw CYFRAIL/1, he introduced her to the following WOFIRM (CIA) personnel...3. The following were identified to her by (REDACTION) as having worked upcountry in Laos with him...Wilbur Murray, David S. Morales. 4. It should be noted that CYFRAIL/1 was surveilled by a Station surveillance team on several occasions and was reported to have visited IDEN A. This organization's Vientiane office is currently under investigation by this Station...(Unintelligible) W. Alburdas."
