Discussion:

An attachment to a March 1963 CIA dispatch from Mexico City stated that AMTYKE-10's sister, Elsie Dobal de Guara, was an acquaintance of LITAMIL-9. Dobal was apparently looking for Teresa Proenza (Proenza) at that time, as a friend of the former's knew Proenza, and Proenza had allegedly remarked to him that her father (and AMTYKE-10's), Dr. Dobal, would have no trouble leaving Cuba. AMTYKE-10's sister was said to be "violently anti-regime" (Castro).

DOBAL's mother arrived in Mexico about 6 months ago and did not return. DOBAL arrived at the Embassy looking for Teresa PROENZA because a Mexican friend of hers, who was with her knows PROENZA and PROENZA told him that Dr. DOBAL would have no trouble leaving Cuba at any time. PROENZA told him this on a previous occasion. DOBAL is violently anti-regime. Elsa (sp) DOBAL, who is very attractive, according to L-9 is married to a jai alai player by the name of GUARA.
