An undated CIA document stated that AMTRUNK-20 was Enrique Herrera Aro.

AMTRUNK-20 was a coastal guide who was terminated/resigned on January 15, 1965. A dispatch in February of 1965 stated that the reason for AMTRUNK-20's resignation was apparently because he believed another infiltration into a specific area in Cuba was too dangerous.

02/08/65: Dispatch from COS, JMWAVE to Deputy Chief, WH/SA: ..."The operation was postponed a second time in late January, partly because of a complete lack of reliable information on the fate of AMTRUNK-9 and the possible consequences to the security of the AMTRUNK target area should he be captured and forced to talk, and partly because of the resignation of AMTRUNK-20 who quit rather than make another infiltration into an area he considered too hot for operations. Operation AMTRUNK X is tentatively re-scheduled for late February but this is contingent upon finding a suitable guide replacement.
