A Report Cover Sheet from JMWAVE on October 4, 1963, stated that AMFAST-35 was the source for an AMOT report of August 10, 1963. It stated that "AMFAST-35 visited the recruitment office and observed the equipment." The Field Information Report mentioned the MRR.

Reuteman (Theodore Shackley): "Source: AMFAST-35 in AMOT report DD-337 of 10 August 1963. AMFAST-35 visited the recruitment office and observed the equipment. The field comment was based on AMOT-174 report DD-306 of 31 July. Ref., UFG-3783." - - - Pages 3-4: Field Information Report: Manuel Guillot de la Serna was the recruitment chief of the MRR. Another AMFAST member observed that Guillot's secretary and assistant was Blanca Acosta, and that Alfredo Borges Caignet and others were in charge of the recruitment. After the recruits (for the training bases in Nicaragua of AMWORLD) are accepted, they are to be taken to New Orleans.
