Arlen Specter Changes Political Parties

April 28, 2009: Senator Arlen Specter of PA, who as a junior counsel on the Warren Commission devised the single bullet theory, announced today that he was switching political parties and will run as a Democrat in 2010 according to the Washington Post.


Wade Convictions Being Reversed

April 19, 2009: Henry Wade, who prosecuted Jack Ruby and whose name is enshrined in the famous case "Roe v. Wade," was Dallas' District Attorney for 36 years until his death 7 years ago. Since then, 19 convictions obtained by Wade or the successors who trained under him have been reversed after DNA evidence exonerated the defendents, according to the Associated Press. Most cases involved black defendants; 250 more cases are under review.
