Manuel F. Goudie leased C-46 transport planes from a CIA proprietary, and then Goudie subleased these aircraft to the FRD.

In 1963, "the GOUDIE group is reportedly presently operating from Marathon Key, Florida, and probably several other sites but it is no longer operating from No Name Key...present plans for future activities for Cuban trainees calls for their participation subsequent to their Army separation in May 1963 in step-up action activities on the Cuban mainland."

8/2/63 memo from Carlos Blanco/AMOT-2: "When the Brigade arrived, Mr. JUAN PAULA leased the house at 2427 SW 37th Ave. to make the payments and take care of the claims of the arriving Brigade members. Later this office had no function and was almost closed. Then it was turned over to Mr. Jose MORALES Cruz to install a Brigade 2506 office. Mr Manuel RODRIGUEZ Fleites is also in this office. Mr. Jose MORALES Cruz holds the position of man in charge of military affairs for Brigade 2506, and Manuel RODRIGUEZ Fleites holds the position of member of the Civil Commission for Brigade 2506...Practically the only function of this office is to safeguard or keep custody of the Brigade files, as points 1, 2 and 3 of the attached memorandum have been inoperative since the moment when the plans of the Civil Commission of the Brigade were practically finished."

"Juan"/MHSAVVY-1 in this document is probably Juan Paula. Describes AMCLATTER-5/Bernard Barker as the interpreter between Frank Bender/Gerald Droller and the CRDF (nascent form of the AMBUD/CRC) in 1960. Also knew Hunt well from doing the finances for the Bay of Pigs operation.
